Directions:
HOME AND FACIAL CARE: Apply liberally to cotton pad. Hold wet pad on eye area for several seconds, then wipe away makeup by moving pad down from brow to lashes. Heavier eye makeup may require a second application of Instant Eye Makeup Dissolving Fluid. Eye makeup may be reapplied immediately after use.
