Returns
It is our goal to offer quality goods at affordable prices; therefore, if you are at all dissatisfied you may return merchandise up to 30 days after purchase, so long as the item has not been danced in (read: sweated on). Return shipping will be the buyer's responsibility, since we do not charge a re-stocking fee.

Back-orders & Custom Orders
We have many suppliers and designers from which we select only the finest-quality items. At times these items are in limited supply or must be custom made to your specifications. Once you submit an order, we will contact you immediately to discuss estimated time or arrival more specific to the request. Please see "What are your shipping options?" on our FAQ page for an explanation of shipping costs. Payment for back-ordered and custom items will be processed at the time of the order so you receive your items in a timely fashion.
