Payments can be made online by credit or debit card in a safe secure environment. Or if you prefer you can use a Paypal account.

DELIVERY & POSTAGE

All orders will be sent out Royal Mail First Class or other Courier service. UK Postage please see below. Customers from overseas, the delivery charge will differ from the UK, we will email you to advise you of the cost.

BACK ORDERS

If any of your items are out of stock we will back order them for you. You will be sent an email with the expected delivery date and an option to cancel the order if you would rather not wait.

VAT

All prices include VAT where applicable.

RETURNSPOSTAGE PRICES: Orders up to £10.00 = £3.95

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to in its original packaging, unworn, in perfect condition with all tags still attached, within 14 days for a refund. All orders sent back for a refund will incur the postage charge.PLEASE NOTE ALL SHOW COSTUMES ARE MADE TO ORDER SO MAY NOT BE RETURNED FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE.

Any faulty items or items sent out in error on our behalf, all postage incurred by the customer to send the order back will be credited.

It is advised that you acquire proof of posting, as all goods remain your responsibility until they have reached our office.
