Our store policies are:

1.) All shipments are either paid with credit card, or SCOD shipping through UPS at time of purchase or when ready to ship.

2.) We do not allow backorders and if we are out of an item you will have to make a request, or come back and order that product later. Email us at daorders@gmail.com if any item you want is out of stock,and we will give you estimated time we will have it in.

3.) We have a minimum order of $150.00, otherwise additional handling fees will be added.

4.) We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We charge a handling fee of 2% on credit card transactions. American Express will have an handling fee of 3.5%

5.) Prices are subject to change without notice. Please check this website for current pricings.

6.) Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and are good for store credit only. Credits must be claimed within one year.

7.) Volume pricing information can be aquired by emailing Jay Frodo at jay.frodo@gmail.com and making a request.

8.) We charge a fee of 10.00 per box as a handling fee on all shipments. We strive to use biodegradable packing materials. Whenever necessary, we will re-use any packaging materials that
