• No claims, discounts or allowances will be made after the material has been processed in any way or loses its original shape.
• In case of defects, our liability is limited to the value of material and at our option we may replace the defected material. Under no circumstances shall be liable for any consequential damages.
  
• We do not guarantee the suitability of the material of any specific purposes/processes. Customers please make sure that the goods are suitable for your purposes.
• No returns shall be accepted without prior authorization by any authorized official of Nilco, Inc.
