You will see two quantity drop down boxes.The quantity drop down box on the top is for 1/8 yard increments only.The quantity drop down box on bottom is for whole yard orders only.
Example:If you want to order 3-3/8 yards this is a two step process.First, you would select 3/8 in the top quantity drop down box and click “add to shopping cart”. Next click “continue shopping”.Select the same fabric again and click on the bottom quantity drop down box. Type 3 in the bottom quantity box and click “add to shopping cart”. You will see two entries for the same fabric-one for the 3/8 of a yard and one for the 3 yards.
Using above example, if you only want 3 yards type 3 in the bottom drop down box and click “add to shopping cart”.If you only want 3/8 of a yard, select 3/8 from the top drop down box only and click “add to shopping cart”.
The exception is under "Last Chance (Remnants). This yardage and price is already calculated. There is only one quantity drop down box. The quantity number should always be 1.
All other items are sold in whole numbers only.
Returns
We normally don't accept returns on cut merchandise. We take every precaution to check all merchandise before shipment. However, customer service is our goal. If you are experiencing a problem, please contact us within 30 days and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Shipping
Accurate calculation for shipping fabric from a website is next to impossible.We don’t know the exact weight of the fabric until it is cut therefore the shipping cost at checkout is probably high.We will adjust your account for the correct shipping cost plus $2 for handling.You can choose between US Postal Service Priority Mail, Flat Rate Mail, or Express Mail.If Flat Rate is cheaper than Priority Mail we will choose Flat Rate.If you live in the area and would like to pick up your purchase choose “Will Call”.
International Shipping
We will choose the fastest but least expensive method of shipping using US Postal Service plus $5 handling fee.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 days except holidays and weekends.
