Pinstripes is a very unique restaurant located in Northbrook and Palentine Illinois and just opened in Edina, Minnesota. Executive Chef Mark Grimes serves Fire Baked Pizza on a Cherry/Walnut Oval with handle edge grain board. Bread is served on a Cherry/Walnut French bread board. If you're in the area of Chicago or Minneapolis you must stop and visit this awesome restaurant.

The Cooking Channel requested Rick to make a Walnut End Grain custom island top for their new show called "Cook Like an Iron Chef" with Chef, Michael Symon. As you can see by the picture, it looks great under the hot studio lights!

Prior to 2009, Rick hand made every Walnut and Cherry end grain cutting board for FoodNetwork as the owner of Ozark West. Here is a listing of television cooking shows and Chefs that Rick personally hand made the product that is used for each show.
