Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: I made an order last week and have not received it yet?
A: Please email our sale department at Sales@Scaledreams.com and they can let you know when and how it shipped.

Q: I want a product you do not list in your store, can you get it for me?
A: Email us at sales@scaledreams.com and we can see if we can. In most cases we can get the item you want.

Q: I received a order confirmation does that mean my order is all set?
A: 90% of the time yes.. There is the occasional issue with paypal payments. So please be sure to check your account to be sure the payment has been made. If you have any troubles feel free to contact us and we will try to help you the best we can.

Q: Do you stock the items you have on your website?
A: 99.9% of the items we do. There is a few larger items we do not have on hand. If something on your order is not on hand you will be emailed when the order is processed.

Q: I would like a model built of my full size car, can you help me with that?
A: Yes we can. Email us what you are looking for and we can point you in the right direction.

Q: I would like to buy items in bulk, do you offer a discount for bulk orders?
A: Most of the time YES. Please email us with what you were needing and how much and we can work out a deal.

Q: Can you get any product from any of your vendors?
A: Most of the time YES. Theres a few things some vendors will not sell to stores but thats rare.

Q: I produce a line of resin/photoetched/ wheels/ etc. are you interested in adding new lines to your store?
A: Yes. Email us at Sales@scaledreams.com with pictures, pricing, and contact information and if the products are something we think will sell we will add them to our line.
