Returns and exchanges should be made within 14 days of receipt of the item(s). If the item ordered does not fit properly, or if you are dissatisfied for any reason, contact us immediately so we may remedy the problem. We do not accept the return of used merchandise. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express & Paypal. If we are out of a product, we will not substitute, unless we are advised by the consumer to do so. We give it our best effort to contact you to let you know that it is not in stock and give you the option of backordering or simply cancelling the order
