About QUALITY CORPS, INC

Bill Shipe: In 1969 Bill joined Sandvik Coromont at their coporate headquarters in New Jersey and spent two years in customer service. He then transferred to Texas and served as a factory representative for six years. Bill moved to Iscar SW in 1977. He served as Iscar's agent for the Southwest United States, then became a full partner, ultimately assuming the role of President of Iscar Metals, USA. Bill retired from Iscar in 1992 to create Quality Corps, which he co-founded with his sons, Steve and Kevin Shipe.

Steve Shipe: Steve joined Iscar SW in 1985 as a customer service representative, advancing to sales in 1988. During that time Steve developed and directed seminars and tool shows. Steve also introduced all new product lines and represented Iscar in the Paris market (for one year) in an international employee exchange program. In 1992, Steve left Iscar to co-found Quality Corps, taking on the duties of General Manager. He also serves as manager of our technical department.

Dick Shipe: Dick worked 23 years in the power processing plant in the paper mill industry. For most of this time, 17 years, he was in management where he supervised in the $650 million dollar plant. In 1998, he joined Quality Corps as an outside sales associate. With his service to his customers unequalled in the industry, Dick has been a leading salesman from the start.

Kevin Shipe: Kevin joined Iscar SW in 1989 as a customer service representative. In early 1992, he moved into outside sales and helped to increase Iscar's market share in North Texas. Kevin left Iscar in 1992 to join his father and brother in co-founding Quality Corps. He currently serves as the outside sales representative for the North Texas market.
