STARTER PROGRAM (Blood Chemistry Panel, 5 hours diagnostics + 5 hours coaching)  
                   
This program begins with the initial evaluation and moves forward focusing on the specific challenges of the individual.  The cornerstone of an effective health strategy is a nutritional and lifestyle plan that is based on YOUR biochemistry.  Your blood chemistry panel, the initial evaluation and questioners will help guide us through this process.

Armed with the above mentioned information, additional evaluations may be in order and recommendations will be made to help revitalize and motivate the body to correct imbalances that cause distress and dis-ease.

Intake forms to be completed and returned 10 days prior to first visit. This program will include a Meal Plan, Food Lists and Lifestyle recommendations toward achieving  your Optimal Health program.

Nutrition and Lifestyle coaching sessions available in the following manner:

1. In person coaching session
2. Phone coaching session

All sessions are supported by fax/email information, virtual downloads, education and motivational support.
