INITIAL EVALUATION (Blood Chemistry Panel, 3 hours diagnostic evaluation + 1 hour coaching)
    

Three hours are devoted to evaluation and review of your pre-submitted questionnaires.  A summary of findings and recommendations about your overall health history, health concerns, typical daily intake, and lifestyle will be provided and reviewed during your 60 minute session with your nutrition coach.  This evaluation will cover fundamental and foundational suggestions for improving your overall health and well being.

The cornerstone of an effective health strategy is a nutrition and lifestyle plan that is based on YOUR biochemistry.  Your blood chemistry panel, the initial evaluation and questioners will help guide us through this process.
