Our store was founded in 1978 in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. We are a natural foods store that specializes in the sales of natural and specialty foods, supplements, grains, and so much more.
We have our own private label supplements which we feel rival many of the supplement companies in the market today. Most of our ingredients are patented, clinically studied and of the highest standards. Most of our herbs are European standardized meaning they go through much stricter testing than other herbals.
We are proud to have a very large assortment of gluten-free items both fresh and frozen for your health needs. We carry gluten free breads, pastas, crackers, chips, cakes, cinnamon rolls, doughnuts, pizzas, just to name a few.
We also carry over 250 bulk herbs, spices, and teas as well as many grains, flours, and bulk baking items.
Are you on a low carb type of diet? We have many of items you will need for your new way of eating. We offer soy powder, xantham and guar gum, many different types of nut flours such as almond, hazelnut, and chestnut, as well as many different types of protein powders and bars from whey, soy, pea, and goat.
