Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 10 days prior to the conference**

**Payment must be received 30 days prior to user conference or availability cannot be guaranteed**

The 2009 User Conference will be held at the South Seas Resort in Captiva Island, FL. Conference Passes do not include travel and Living. All Reservations to the Resort must be made by the customer. To make a reservation, please call the Resort at 888-707-7888 & remember to mention that you are staying for the EtQ Conference in October to reserve the special rate.**Please make reservations by September 24th, 2009** Rates are subject to change after this date, and availability of rooms is not guaranteed.
