If you do not like or are not satisfied with your order, please return the item or items in their pouches with the original tags on the pieces within 14 days of the purchase date and we will exchange it or refund your money, less a 10% return transaction fee and the shipping charges. Return postage and insurance of the value of the piece of jewelry is the responsibility of the customer. Please pad merchandise and return in the box or pouch it was sent in. All sales are final after 14 days.
