Company Policies



ESTABLISHING AN ACCOUNT:
As a wholesaler and importer, Aladdin Gold Creations sells only to established
retail accounts.
Perspective account must have a RESALE TAX #. A signed and completed credit application is required for new accounts.

ORDERS: There is no minimum order.

BACK ORDERS: Back orders are kept unless otherwise specified. There are no shipping charges for back orders, however insurance charges are applied.

PRICING: Pricing is based on the second London gold fixing plus applicable gold bank charges. All weights quoted are approximated from factory specifications and have a tolerance of + or - 10%.

PAYMENT: Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover are the preferred methods of payment. At its discretion Aladdin Gold Creations may give open credit to Jewelers Board of Trade 1 or 2 rated accounts.

RETURNS: All returns are required to have a RETURN AUTHORIZATION#, which must be prominently displayed on the outside of the box, or it will be refused. RA#'s are issued by calling Aladdin's main office at 800.343.5557.

MERCHANDISE ON APPROVAL: In certain instances, merchandise can be shipped on approval. Shipping and insurance charges apply and will be invoiced.


LIFETIME WARRANTY: Aladdin Gold Creations will warranty the products for life providing:
1) Customer is in good credit standing and has made at least one purchase during the year.
2) In cases where the product has been discontinued Aladdin will give the customer invoice credit.

3) Altered items will not be accepted.

WE WILL REPLACE OR REPAIR, AT OUR DISCRETION, ANY BROKEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS.
