Shipping: 

To help save our customers money, we use a flat rate shipping charge based on the dollar 
amount of your order. Shipping costs get added to your invoice before we ship. Almost 
always, we ship your product immediately. If there is going to be a delay, we will let you 
know via email. You should expect to receive your order within 7~9 business days from the

Special shipping service for Great Vancouver area, you may receive your order within 2~3 business days.

Ordering by Mail:

Since we understand completely that some people are just not comfortable ordering 
over the internet, we welcome you to call us direct at 604-642-0603 
and would be happy to assist you with your order via telephone. You can either pay be credit 
card, or if you prefer, we will also accept your personal check or money order. Please call us 
with the items that you would like to order; we will calculate the total (including shipping) 
and take your credit card info. by phone or you can mail in your payment. 
As soon as we receive it, we will immediately ship your package via UPS or USPS, 
your choice. We will do whatever possible to make you a happy customer!

Product Guarantee & Returns:
We fully guarantee our products. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with them, please 
email us within 48 hours of receiving them at  dillonwu@mentor-digital.com. Will 
cheerfully exchange your product for something different, or refund your money. If for 
some reason we have made an error and shipped you something you did not order, 
please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the situation expediently.
