If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept returns.

Acceptable returns are items that have not been worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way. Merchandise must be in original condition and all tags must still be attached.

All sale items are final!

Returns must be postmarked and prepaid within 14 days of the original ship date. Flipside Hats.com is not responsible for missing items or packages, so we suggest you send your package insured and tracked.

Returns must be sent to 135 NE 57th st, Portland OR 97213.

Your approved return will be processed once we have received your original order.

There are no refunds! All exchanges and returns at our discretion will be refunded store credit for the original value .

A gift certificate will be issued with the amount of the item(s) once we have received the return.
