All jurnee products are made with love and we are committed to your happiness and satisfaction.

Product Availability
The mama bags and big brother and big sister backpacks are handmade in small quantities. Therefore, there are limited quantities of each fabric choice and fabrics are changed regularly. We will email you within 24 hours if your fabric selection is not available.

Payments
Payments are made via PayPal, using a credit card, debit card or an e-check. You do not have to be a member of PayPal to use it. Just add items to your cart and follow the directions from there. PayPal is completely secure and your information will remain private. Just click the blue Purchase button when you find an item that you love. If you have trouble with using PayPal, please email service@jurneeproducts.com or call 206-351-5101 and we can walk you through the process. Washington State residents will have 9% sales tax added to their order.

Shipping
We ship using The United States Postal Service. If you would like your package expedited, we can ship via Federal Express. We do ship worldwide. Please email service@jurneeproducts.com to coordinate international shipping.

Product delivery time
We strive to ship all products within three (3) business days. If we cannot ship within that time, we will email you the expected ship date for your order within three (3) business days.
