Jurnee New Mom, Sibling and Baby Products Customer Service Return and exchange policy
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of package receipt in order to qualify for refund. All returned items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition. All returns must be sent with delivery confirmation and/or tracking information. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please include a copy of your packing list or receipt so that we may quickly process your return.

T-shirts and backpacks can be exchanged for different sizes or colors. We cannot accept a return on a Mama kit but can exchange the bag for a different fabric. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. If you have any questions about your order or our products, please email us.
