A very fancy pair of socks! The pattern stitch is pure simplicity, but the end result is divine!
Knit from the top down. Size to fit average woman's foot- shoe sizes 7-9, curcumference 7.5 in (19 cm). You can easily adjust for length, and go up a needle size if you need a larger circumference.
Materials:
* 400-440 yds (366-402 m) average weight sock yarn
(sample knit with FatCatKnits 'Adel', 50% superwash merino, 50% tencel, and will work equally well with FatCatKnits 'Yvonne', 60% superwash merino, 30% bamboo, 10% nylon)
* A set of 5 double point needles, suggested size US #1 (2.25 mm). Swatching recommended!
* One US #4 (3.25 mm) straight needle
