Wood Products
Wood is a living material that continues to respond to changes in climate condition even after it is made into a piece of furniture. Since our products are made of solid wood, they will reflect a weathering effect that may show slight cracking due to changes in moisture. This does not effect the structural integrity of the furniture however we do recommend applying tung oil periodically to stained finishes to maintain their natural beauty. Our pieces are made as antique reproductions and therefore will show the natural aging and wear of a true aged piece of furniture. Enjoy your new piece!
How to Order
Order directly from any product page on our web site by completing the steps below:
- Step 1: Add to Cart
Select the product, enter quantity and press "Add to Cart." Your selection will be added to your shopping cart where you can remove or update quantities. Continue shopping or proceed to checkout. - Step 2: Register as a New or Returning Customer
You will be prompted to register as a new or returning customer and then asked to provide your name, email and billing information (and mailing address if different). Returning customers will be prompted for the password to their Hudson Goods account. - Step 3: Choose Method of Payment
You will be prompted to select your method of payment and asked to enter relevant credit card information. Continue to checkout. - Step 4: Confirm Order
A final summary of your order will appear and you will be prompted to confirm or cancel. You will be provided a tracking number which can be used in the tracking box above. Please allow 1 to 2 days to begin tracking your order.
Returns
Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange, credit or refund. Please contact us at 1-888-353-1765, or email us at returns@hudsongoods.com, and we will provide you with the necessary information to return or exchange your merchandise. Please note that products cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days of receipt of merchandise, and processing fees will be assessed for larger items.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is free on all merchandise, all the time. We use Fedex shipping and do not ship outside the contiguous 48 states of the United States.
In-stock merchandise typically ships within 1-2 days of placing your order (weekend orders are processed the next business day). We ship all merchandise standard delivery (5-10 business days) and do not provide express shipping. Please note that any date provided on backordered items is subject to change. Delivery of furniture and oversized items does not include unpacking or placement within your home. Merchandise will be unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first floor doorway, garage or covered area.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is applicable to some states and will appear on your order prior to final confirmation.
