Wood Products
Wood is a living material that continues to respond to changes in climate condition even after it is made into a piece of furniture. Since our products are made of solid wood, they may show slight cracking due to changes in moisture. This does not effect the structural integrity of the furniture however we do recommend applying tung oil or minwax paste periodically to wood finishes to maintain their natural beauty. Our pieces are made as vintage reproductions and therefore will show the natural aging and wear of a true vintage piece of furniture.

How to Order
Order directly from any product page on our web site by completing the steps below:

  • Step 1: Add to Cart
    Select the product, enter quantity and press "Add to Cart." Your selection will be added to your shopping cart where you can remove or update quantities. Continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
  • Step 2: Register as a New or Returning Customer
    You will be prompted to register as a new or returning customer and then asked to provide your name, email and billing information (and shipping address if different). Returning customers will be prompted for the password to their Hudson Goods account.
  • Step 3: Choose Method of Payment
    You will be prompted to select your method of payment and asked to enter relevant credit card information. Continue to checkout. Please note that we do not bill until the merchandise is shipped. Our system will only authorize the purchase with your credit card.
  • Step 4: Confirm Order
    A final summary of your order will appear and you will be prompted to CONFIRM or CANCEL. Once ordered, you will receive an order confirmation and we will contact you separately via email within 1-2 days to advise if the item is in stock or on backorder. You will then have the option to keep your order open or cancel your order at no charge. Please note that dates provided for backordered items are subject to change.

Returns
Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may return it within 14 days for an exchange, credit or refund. Please contact us at 1-888-353-1765, or email us at returns@hudsongoods.com, and we will provide you with the necessary information to return or exchange your merchandise. Customers are responsible for shipping charges on return items and only the cost of the product is refunded. Products cannot be returned or exchanged after 14 days of receipt of merchandise and processing fees or restocking fees may be assessed. Please note that certain products are subject to final sale with no return policy and will be noted accordingly in the detailed product description.

Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is calculated at checkout when you will be asked to CONFIRM or CANCEL your order. We use standard Fedex, standard UPS, UPS Freight and private carrier for shipping, depending on the item and we do not ship outside the contiguous 48 states of the United States.

In-stock merchandise typically ships within one week of placing your order (weekend orders are processed during the business week). We ship all merchandise standard delivery (5-7 business days) and do not provide express shipping. Delivery of products via Fedex or UPS does not include unpacking or placement within your home. Merchandise will be unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first floor doorway, garage or covered area. Delivery of some larger furniture items will be scheduled for delivery via private carrier and you will be notified after placing your order. Private carrier will call prior to delivery and will bring the merchandise into your home but it will not be unpacked.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is applicable to New Jersey deliveries only and will appear on your order prior to final confirmation.
