Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: When can I expect my backorder to be filled?
A: Apparel items are typically shipped within 14 business days. Decoys and taxidermy items will be added to a backorder list and shipped according to order date. When we recive your backorder we will contact you with an estimated shipment date.

Q: How are the taxidermy items packaged and shipped?
A: We build custom crates for all taxidermy items. We ship all items that fit within the UPS required dimensions, ground and will incur the applicable crating and shipping fee. Any taxidermy crate that will not ship UPS is sent freight through a trucking company and will incurr the applicable crating and trucking fee .
