A 13 Plate Circulating Cell Kit (13 - 6" x 8" plate size) This is a proven system, no experimenting anymore. This cell kit comes un-cleansed and un-conditioned, we show you how to do this, takes about 3 days on the bench, or condition as you drive. A pulsed wave that creates 75% to 98% "ortho" hydrogen. 316L stainless steel laser cut with configuration of 10 neutral plates. This configuration allows cell to do 1.5 LPM to 2 LPM.  All cell kits come cleaned and conditioned, ready to pull 12.5 amps per liter. The cell is available in black or clear end plates. Kit includes all parts in the photo, also new digital ammeter for the dash board, 7 plate cell, elbow fittings, 8' of clear hose. A refill bubbler tank, Hydroxy air dryer, PWM75, all necessary wire, relay, DC ammeter, fuses and a FS2 Volo HHO-Edition circuit for OBD II cars and trucks only.
