A 19 Plate Circulating Cell This is a circulating cell design from Central Valley HHO, with 6" x 8" - 20 gauge 316L stainless steel laser cut with configuration of 15 neutral plates. ( - n n n n n + n n n n n - n n n n n +) This configuration allows cell to do 3 LPM to 3.5 LPM.  When cell is condition correctly it can pull 12.5 amps per liter. The cell is available in black or clear end plates. This same design also comes in a 13 plate and a 7 plate design, depending on how much LPM of hydroxy your engine needs.
(This is just just the cell block, no wires, no hoses, no tank, no bubbler ) Use the PWM P150. For large diesel trucker applications we use two 19 plate cells to get double the gas output.

4 cylinder engine ( approx. 2L ) - 1 to 2 LPM
6 cylinder engine ( approx. 3.5L ) - 1.5 to 2 LPM
V8 cylinder engine ( approx. 5L ) - 1.7 LPM to 3 LPM
Diesel Trucker Engine ( approx. 10-12 L) 5LPM to 7 LPM
