How much is postage?

Postage within Australia is free! Postage anywhere else in the world is charged at a flat rate of $AUD 10.00 no matter how many items you purchase.

Are wholesale prices available?

Yes! Please contact us to ask about minimum quantity orders and wholesale prices.

I know that most standard jewellery does not fit me. Can I make special sizing requests when I order?

Many people have smaller or larger wrists or necks than what "standard" jewellery is made for. It is our pleasure to custom make sizes to ensure that your item is a perfect fit. Before ordering, please email us to check that your adjustment is feasible. Once we have confirmed this, simply order as usual.

My item doesn't fit correctly. What should I do?

We are happy to oblige with small adjustments. Simply contact us to check whether the adjustment is feasible, and we will give you details about how and where to mail your item. Postage and additional part costs will be your responsibility. Pick-up and drop-off arrangements may be made depending on your location.

When will my items be delivered?

Delivery of your jewellery pieces will, in most cases, be within two weeks. Should you need any items for special occasions by a particular date, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you! Delivery is via Australia Post.

Can I see the Jet & Ruby collection?

We do encourage people to have in-home showings. As hostess you receive 10% of sales to spend on our jewellery. Private showings at our premises in Perth, Western Australia can also be arranged, however there is a minimum spend applicable.

I need something made for a special occasion. Can you help?

Absolutely! Please contact us and we'll take things from there.

My item has broken. What should I do?

We pride ourselves on our workmanship however sometimes things do happen and your item may need some TLC! We encourage you to contact us and we will arrange to fix your item. We will cover the postage costs for any workmanship issues, however if the issue is due to wear and tear we will ask you to cover both the postage costs and replacement parts.
