Our Gift Certificates

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
We want to be sure your Gift Certificate is made out properly. Indicate the recipient(s) name. ( i.e. Mary Jones) in the

Recipient Ship Information.

 

The Post Office will not mail to a recipient that does not reside at that address.  Please put "Care of" and the name of a person who does reside at that address.

 

SPECIAL REQUESTS - You may need dollar amounts written on separate Gift Certificates. You may use the Special Shipping

Instructions to indicate multiple gift certificates, special messages or other mailing information.

 

If you are unsure - please contact us at (518) 785-5868. Gift certificates may be used to purchase only retail products and services at the day spa.

The dollar amount shown on a gift certificate determines its value.

 

Gift certificates will not be replaced if lost or stolen. A gift certificate sale is final.

 

Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.

 

All gift certificates must be presented at the conclusion of your service(s). If you do not have your gift certificate with you, you are expected to make payment before you leave.
Prices are subject to change without notice.

 

Gift certificates may not be used for gratuities.

Shipping Information
We ship via US Postal Service within 12 hours of receiving the order during business hours. When mailing gift certificates, we cannot promise the delivery date. Please check your mailing information before finalizing your order so your gift certificate arrives timely.

Declined or Errors?
If your credit card is declined or you are experiencing an error, please call us at 518.785.5868 during regular business hours: M 8:30 am – 5 pm; T W Th 8 am – 9 pm; F Sat 8 am – 5 pm; Sun 10 am – 4 pm and we will do our best to assist you. If your card declines, please review that the Billing Address is correct and you have entered the information correctly. Mismatched information will result in a card declining.
