Exchange / Returns Policy
You may return items purchased on our web site within 15 days of delivery for an exchange for another product or for store credit towards a future order. Just make sure returned items are in like-new condition and you contact us in advance by email. If the return is a result of our error or a product defect, we pay the return shipping cost if you contact us in advance by email. Full returns are only issued if the item/items ordered were a result of our error or a product defect.
