This is one of the finest Chinese gunpowder teas which brews a beautiful greenish-golden liquor with a medium body. It can be described as strong but certainly not bitter and is an excellent choice for tea drinkers who have customarily drunk black teas and want to introduce more green tea into their diet because of the high anti oxidant levels. This tea can withstand a little over brewing without spoiling the excellent taste but is best brewed for 3 minutes using water which is no hotter than 194 degrees. Use a teaspoon per 6oz serving. Can be brewed a second time but increase the steeping time.

20 to 25 cups of tea can be brewed from 2 oz of loose leaf tea.
