The Carmo Estate is located in the highlands in the southern part of Minas Gerais. Beans come from the bourbon variety of the arabica coffee tree. 

City Roasted, light. Dry fragrance of strong hazelnut. Wet aromatics with a sweet, malty tone. Mild acidity, Medium to light body. Mild intensity with a very nutty aftertaste.

Roaster Comments ¿Smaller bean size makes this a difficult coffee to roast. The quality of the green beans was exceptional offering a very good value coffee.¿
