The anthropology topic offers help in understanding the sin nature that we may cooperate with God's way of dealing with it. The soteriology topic seeks to clarify biblical salvation, comparing aspects of Arminianism and Calvinism to ensure understanding of, and confidence in, God's plan as described in scripture. The ecclesiology topic aims to increase our appreciation of the church, the magnificent plan God has ordained to bring His Word of truth to all. The eschatology topic aims to ensure understanding of God's promises about the afterlife, the great millennial kingdom and the final estate with God in eternity. Larry Bednar is a retired research engineer who approaches bible study like an engineer, examining the smallest details, while keeping an eye on the overall picture. He's a graduate of Independent Baptist seminaries, a retired Baptist pastor, a fundamentalist educator, a seminar speaker and a textual consultant for Graceway Bible Society, formerly the Trinitarian Bible Society (Canada). His seminar topics include subjects like recognizing biblical inerrancy, comparing Bible versions to illustrate the complete accuracy of the KJV and comparing true creation science with the unscientific nonsense of evolution.
