HISTORY OF THE 103rd REGIMENT, PENNSYLVANIA VETERAN VOLUNTEER INFANTRY. 1910 (Reprint) by Luther S. Dickey. The 103rd was organized in Kittanning, Pennsylvania, of men from the counties of Allegheny, Armstrong, Butler, Clarion, Indiana, Mercer, Venango and Westmoreland. This regiment served in several battles of the Civil War, and many of the men were captured and died in Andersonville Prison. This complete work includes detailed activities of the unit, pictures, maps and a roster of the soldiers. 400 pages, 7 x 9 hardbound in navy blue bonded leather with gold-stamped title.
