Mechling Bookbindery offers the following Returns Policy: Due to the nature of our reference materials, we do not permit returns or exchanges for different titles or credit. Any defective merchandise that was sold as new may be returned within two (2) weeks for replacement or refund. Prior authorization is required. Dealers may not return unsold books without prior authorization.
