In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, we do not ship substitute products. Please be patient, we will ship out promptly as stock is replenished. If you are dissatisfied with a product, we accept returns of full cases of Moisture Absorbing Packets. Returns must be within 30 days of shipping date and a Return Authorization Code is required. Please call our Toll Free number: 1-866-661-6676 to receive your return authorization code. Products returned to our warehouse without a return authorization code will be charged a 50% restocking fee. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

This photo sequence on the right shows a demo of the amazing moisture absorption properties of the active ingredient in our H2O Moisture Absorbing Packets. The green fluid is simply coloured water added to the dry desiccant. A gel like substance is formed as the granules bond to the water. One single teaspoon can easily absorb 500ml of water.
