SHIPPING

When you order from Morgan Imports, Ltd., you can rest assured knowing that your merchandise will be packaged as if we were shipping it to ourselves! We know that you are purchasing high quality products and will do everything within our power to make sure that they arrive to your home safely. We will pack your selection in the best method possible. In an effort to reduce waste, we do recycle gently used, non-distressed boxes and packing materials whenever possible.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges are calculated according to the ship-to address and are based on the total weight of the package. Our website interfaces with UPS in order to provide real-time shipping charges based on that information. If you need to ship items to multiple addresses, please contact us at information@morganimports.com or call 919.688.1150 for a quote.

SHIPPING TIMES

Most items are shipped directly from our store in Durham, NC. Our goal is to ship orders placed by 12:00PM EST the same day, but in some cases orders may require 2-3 business days to be shipped. If you purchase an item that is shipped directly from the distributor, you will be notified when this item is shipped. Typically items will ship within 2-3 business days of the date that you place your order. SALES TAX

6.75% SALES TAX WILL BE ADDED TO ITEMS SHIPPED WITHIN THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA.

RETURNS

We hope that you will love and enjoy the purchases that you make; however if you wish to return an item, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt, in their original condition and packaging. For questions or concerns about returns, please contact us at 919.688.1150 or e-mail us information@morganimports.com. When making a return, please package the item carefully, include a copy of your original invoice, and ship it us at the address below. PLEASE NOTE THAT SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.  RETURNS MAY BE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE.
