Store Policies: Kratom Wholesale Orders, Buying Online, etc.

1. All items are shipped within 1 business day; Monday - Fridays. Weekend and holiday orders will be shipped the next business day.  For same day shipping payment for the order must be received by 12:00 PM, MST.  USPS does provide delivery confirmation, but many times the shipment does not show up in tracking until it reaches its city of destination, so do not be alarmed if your shipment does not show up in tracking.  We have seen this time and again.
2. 100% Guarantee! When you buy Kratom online or any product from our site, we guarantee the order will be shipped to the address we are given.  If USPS shows it is delivered to the address we are given, from that point we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  If we are given an incomplete or wrong address, the customer will be responsible for secondary shipping charges.  If you decide you do not want your product it can be returned for refund minus a 10% re stocking fee. However, due to the nature of these products returns will only be accepted for full refund on products unopened and returned within 10 days of delivery receipt (customer pays return shipping). We guarantee delivery of package, we do NOT guarantee shipping times.
3. NOTICE:  We must have a valid email address if we are to provide customer support and tracking. 
4. We offer free standard shipping, but in the event that we are given the wrong address, should the order come back, the customer will be responsible for secondary shipping charges. If the error was made on our part, we will pay secondary shipping fees.            
5. We do NOT offer COD or shipping of product in advance of receiving payment!
6. We do not sell to minors; if you are not 18 or over, do not attempt to buy Kratom online from this site, we will not sell to you. The statements found anywhere on the site http://natureswondersstore.com as well as the products on this site, including kratom, kratom extract, have not been evaluated by the Food & Drug Administration (FDA). These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.  
7.  We do not support the use of any of our products for illicit use, if we find out your intentions are for such purposes, we will not sell to you. If we learn of something of this nature after we have received payment, your money will be refunded and we will not ship the item. We reserve the right to refuse service. Please respect these regulations.
8. We only accept payments through Credit Cards, or Bank Transfer for Kratom Wholesale orders and others.
9. Some products have a variety of uses. Some have not been approved by the FDA and seeing as we are not medical professionals, we cannot suggest or prescribe them for any such use. Some products may even be toxic if used in these ways, so please do your research before buying any of these products. We sell those products not approved for human consumption for dyes and collection. We therefore will not answer any questions that indicate or hint at any other such use.
10. By placing an order you are stating that you are in agreement with policy items 1 - 9 listed above as stated.
11. Nature's Wonders Store will close for 24 hours every week, between the hours of sundown Friday evening and sundown Saturday evening MST.  Please plan accordingly.
12. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
13. We are strictly an e commerce store; we do not accept any orders or pickups at our location. All Kratom Wholesale orders and others must be placed off of one of our websites and delivered by way of USPS. Anyone showing up at the address listed will be turned away and they will be denied service from Nature's Wonders Store.
14. Due to the fact that we are closed on Saturday; orders placed after 12:00PM on Friday will not be shipped out until the following Monday.
15. Vacation Policy: We do occasionally go on vacation; during these times the store will be available to browse and purchase items, but items will not be shipped until after we return from vacation. All vacation times will be clearly posted on the home page of our website. It is the responsibility of the customer to read these notices.
16. We do offer larger wholesale orders for Kratom.  Terms for such orders must be agreed upon through email or phone before the transaction.
