Park Place Publications is a Texas Limited Partnership owned by Jim Walsh, Texas school law attorney. Park Place's mission is to disseminate accurate, relevant, timely, comprehensive, practical, helpful and supportive information to school administrators and educators.

Jim Walsh,  Founder

Jim Walsh is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law and one of the founders of Walsh, Anderson, Brown, Aldridge & Gallegos, P.C. He is the author of the Common Sense Guide to Special Education Law, co-author with Frank Kemerer and Laurie Maniotis of The Educator's Guide to Texas School Law and numerous other books on school law.

Ted Siff, Chief Operating Officer

Ted Siff  is a graduate of Harvard College and has more than 15 years of magazine, book and newsletter publishing experience. He is responsible for the overall operations of Park Place Publications, L.P.

Stephen Markel, Director of Marketing & Customer Relations 

Stephen Markel attended Texas Tech University and the University of Hawai'i. He has 10 years of management experience in the E-Commerce and Customer Service industry. He is responsible for all marketing and other customer service related items.

Debbie Stover, Business Manager

Debbie Stover has been with us since May 2006. Debbie came to us from the Texas Educational Support Staff Association where she was Executive Administrative Assistant for 14 years. Her responsibilities here include accounts receivable, and billing.

 

Ryan Mozek, Web Master/Adminstrative Assistant

Ryan Mozek attended Full Sail in Winter Park, Florida where he received a Bachelors of General Business. He assists with the daily operations of our office including shipping/receiving, data entry, customer service responsibilities, and website maintenance.
