Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: What is your return policy? A: Our return policy is available on our Store Policy page.
Q: What if I do not see what I am looking for? A: Give us a call. Chances are that if we do not have it in our store, it may be in one of our supplier's warehouses. We receive deliveries daily from several of the majory industry suppliers.
Q: I need Lacquer thinner. Do you carry it. A: Yes we do. Unfortunatley, due to shipping regulations, some chemicals and paints are either restricted by quantity or all together, but are available for purchase over the counter.
Q: When will my order ship? A: In most cases, your order will ship the same day if placed by 1:00pm, otherwise it will ship the following day. This does not apply to special orders. Q: Why do you only offer UPS Ground service? A: Due to the nature of some products, we are restricted to shipping via UPS Ground only.
