Store Policies
- Return Policy: Any item purchased at Surfy Surfy, either in-store or online may be returned within 15 days for full store credit unless the item is damaged or incomplete.
No incomplete or damaged items may be returned. Surfboards are sold "as-is" and are insured for the dollar amount of the surfboard during shipping. If the surfboard is damaged during shipping, the insurance will cover the cost of the surfboard repair, minus any shipping charges to and from the ding repair shop.
- Privacy Policy: We promise not to sell, distribute, or otherwise misuse your contact information to anyone for any reason. We do not share our email lists with any partners or vendors. The sole purpose of our email lists are to inform our customers and friends of events or news that are either associated directly with Surfy Surfy, Inc. . You may opt out of any of our mailing lists by sending an email to "opt-out@surfysurfy.net" .
