Orders will be shipped within 2 - 7 days & delivery time is then subject to the standard processing times of Australia Post. Orders sent will be a receipted delivery with a tracking number.

We can deliver items to a different recipient (eg. for a gift.) Just make sure you specify the correct address at checkout.

Return Policy:

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer any exchange or refunds with the exception of a 7 day exchange policy if the product you purchased is of faulty workmanship.

Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase, in their original condition this means unworn, unwashed, with all tags & incidentals (eg: spare buttons) still attached.

We reserve the right to deny you a refund if we deem the item to not meet these standards. Denied refunds will simply be returned to you.

No refunds, credit or replacement are offered if you have changed your mind about an item, make an incorrect choice or failed to verify and accurately provide information when placing an order.

Sizing:

Sizing varies from label to label.

General guide:
000 = 0 - 3 mths.
00 = 3 - 6 mths.
0 = 6 - 12 mths.
1 = 12 - 18 mths
2 = 18 - 24 mths.

Example: your childs age corresponds with average sizing.  

1 year old = size 1.

2 year old = size 2 etc

Labels & Swing Tags:

Some styles will have the swing tags removed or labels cut.
These are not seconds the suppliers do this to stop shop returns.
Some stock are over runs from the manufacturers who supply the major retail stores so therefore labels & tags must be removed where necessary if the store name is on any part of the label or swing tag.  If this is the case with the content label this is replaced with a plain label.
