Velogenesis offers the following Returns Policy: Returns and exchanges on merchandise are accepted for 30 days from date of purchase. Before returning merchandise please contact us with reason for return. There are no returns on items custom built to customers specifications. In such cases we will repair any defective workmanship or replace any defective components.
