Make the most of your appointment! If you are unsure of our location, please print a copy of the directions from our website or consult Google Maps. Please arrive about 15 minutes early in case you have problems locating us and to fill out the required intake form. Should you need to reschedule, please call the day or evening prior to avoid a $25 rescheduling fee or forfeiture of a prepaid service. Sunday appointments require prepayment, including gratuity.
